LET’S CREATE YOUR DREAM SENIOR SESSION. FUN AND ONE OF A KIND, JUST LIKE YOU.

At last! Senior Year! I’m honored you’re here and excited to document this major milestone. Senior photos are all about capturing who you are right now. That includes your personality, your style, and your interests.

I have enjoyed working with high school seniors for 10+ years now. The energy and fun at each session is unmatched and I love getting to know each of my clients and hearing about your life, interests, and future plans, and of course, being silly while capturing images that showcase who you really are.

Here is the process you can expect with every MGP senior session.

step one CONTACT

First, select the offered session that’s right for you and reach out using the Book It button to start the ball rolling. I’ll then contact you to book a date and time for your session. Once we’ve set a date, you’ll receive a link to sign your contract and pay your deposit - all conveniently and securely done online.

step four YOUR SESSION

This is the fun part! We’ll meet up at our first location ready to go. It always helps to listen to music or bring a friend or family member to act as your hype team. Together, we'll ensure that you are not only comfortable and looking good, but confident and having a blast. You should leave your session feeling like a rockstar, excited to see your final images.

step two SESSION PREP

To begin planning, start a Pinterest board to get you thinking about what your dream session looks like. This can include styles, poses, locations, even just a general vibe really helps me see your vision. You’ll also receive a quick questionnaire from me to get to know you and the Senior Session Prep Guide which contains tons of suggestions and ideas on what to wear, posing, hair and makeup–essentially all the tips and tricks to help you feel confident and ready to rock your session.

step five IMAGE DELIVERY

Within a few days, you’ll see a small preview of images posted on social media showcasing some of my favorites from your session. Once the rest of your images are ready, they will be shared via an online gallery link. Inside the photo gallery, you will be able to view, favorite, share and download all of your fully edited, high-resolution images. Yes, that’s right, all of the high-res digitals are included!

step three CONSULTATION

Prior to your session, we’ll have our consultation (in person or virtually) where we can meet officially. It really helps to get to know each other a little before hand so you are feeling comfortable during your session. With your questionnaire and the session prep guide in mind, we’ll decide on locations, discuss your personal preferences, different styles, and answer any questions in the process from shooting to image delivery.

step six CUSTOM ORDERS

Ordering prints and various products through your gallery is a breeze. I use a lab only available to professional photographers so images are printed using archival quality papers and inks with a gorgeous luster finish. Forget the big box stores and chain print labs—these will last. If you choose to order in-person, we can customize your choice of heirloom albums, grad announcements, signs, and more made just for you!

Senior Session Options

Unlike most photographers who charge two separate fees (one for the shooting session and one for the images) my session fee is a little higher to start because it includes what you want most—the digitals! While I do offer the option for high quality prints and heirloom products, there is no obligation and no minimum order amount.

Every one of my senior sessions, detailed below, include…

  • an initial consultation to meet, plan your session, and answer any questions before your big day

  • fully edited images - no separate fees for cropping, color correction, general lighting effects or retouching

  • a personalized online gallery of images and custom mobile app with links for sharing

  • high resolution downloads - easily save your favorites for posting or download the whole gallery at once for a future keepsake

  • printing rights release - free use for your school’s yearbook, graduation announcements, or have copies made at your favorite print lab

GOT QUESTIONS?

  • What locations do you use? Can I choose a spot I know?

Once we have decided on the general vibe of your shoot, I will help you choose a location that best fits your dream vision. I have a list of areas that I know work great for a variety of styles–spots downtown, by the mountains, open fields, among the flowers or even on the water. Though, I am always down to try a new spot, too! Do keep in mind that some venues have requirements like obtaining photography permits or certain times for professional photographers to schedule out in advance.

  • What if I don't know what to wear for my session?

In addition to our initial consultation, you’ll also get the Senior Session Prep Guide. This magazine is filled with tons of tips on choosing the best camera-ready outfits! It includes what looks good on camera, how to incorporate variety into your wardrobe, and how to elevate any look with the right accessories or props.

  • When should I book my session?

Ideally, it’s best to reach out about booking your session one to two months in advance. This gives us all the planning time needed to make sure you are ready for your dream session! But don’t hesitate to reach out if you’ve waited until the last minute. I can usually squeeze in an extra session with unused raindates.

  • Do you do retouching? Is it included?

All of your images will be professionally retouched and are included in the price. I always edit each image for the best composition, color, and lighting and retouch blemishes and other minor items so that you feel like you look your best. If you want anythieg else edited, make sure to tell me during your consultation.

  • When will I receive my images? What’s the turnaround time?

I strive for two weeks. But it all depends on the time of year or session season. Fall is a super busy time for photographers - tons of back to back sessions. So, there may be more of a delay during these peak times. However, I do like to post a few sneak peek images within a few days of the session regardless.

Well, don’t take my word for it.

“OMG! Take your senior portraits with Glass! She’s so fun and will make you feel comfortable through getting to know you and what you like and helping you pose. During the shoot you might be worried about how the photos will come out but she’s so good at editing. She can edit out anything you are worried about.”
